Whitney Wall is an experienced financial professional and the founder of a specialized bookkeeping firm serving construction companies and small businesses. With over a decade of hands-on experience in construction finance and administration, Whitney helps clients streamline their financial operations, stay compliant, and make confident decisions backed by accurate, timely data.
Holding the Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP) designation, Whitney brings nationally recognized expertise to industries where precision and compliance are critical. Her background includes full-cycle bookkeeping, certified payroll, job costing, WIP reporting, accounts payable/receivable, and preparation of financials that align with industry standards and bonding requirements.
Whitney understands the unique challenges construction businesses face—tight margins, multiple job sites, union reporting, and ever-changing regulations—and brings real-world experience to solve them. She also provides support with document tracking, job cost setup, bid documentation, and other key back-office functions essential for successful project delivery.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Central Washington University, as well as multiple associate degrees and certifications in Accounting and Business Management from Yakima Valley College. In addition to her CCIFP certification, Whitney is a Washington State Notary Public, CESCL-certified, and trained in CPR/AED/First Aid.
